- $20 per bag ($40 minimum order)

- 6% PST [SK Provincial Sales Tax] will be added to all orders.
- The Fit Rule: Clothes must fit comfortably inside a 45 litre bag so that it closes completely and naturally.
- Overstuffed Bags: If a bag cannot close or must be split into a second bag to process safely, it will be billed as an additional bag ($30.00 CAD).
- Invoicing & Payment: Once your laundry is received, we calculate the final number of bags and send you an invoice to your email address. Payment must be fully paid before your clean clothes are returned.
- Abandoned Laundry: Invoices unpaid for over 30 days are considered abandoned. We reserve the right to discard, donate, or dispose of items with no liability.
- Service Area: The Prairie Fairy Laundry Co. currently serves within the city limits of Regina, SK. If you are farther away than that, text us your address or give us a call and we will see what we can set up!
- Timing: Arrival windows are estimates. Regina winter weather, blizzards, and traffic can cause delays; we appreciate your patience.
- Rescheduling & No-Shows: Schedules change! Please give at least 1 hour's notice to reschedule. If our driver arrives and laundry is missing/inaccessible without notice, a $15.00 CAD fee applies.
- Unattended Porch Drop-offs: If you request contactless pickup/drop off service from your porch, step, or hallway, you take full responsibility. We are not liable for theft or weather damage (rain, snow, ice).

Order Turnaround Time: We aim to get your clothes delivered back to you within 24 to 48 hours. We will arrange a time for drop off that suits you. If you have a lot of laundry, it may take a bit longer.
3. GARMENT CARE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pocket Check: Empty all pockets! We are not liable for missing valuables (cash, jewelry, tech) or damage caused by hidden items (pens, lipstick, lighters) melting in dryers.
- Standard Wash: We use a scented liquid soap detergent and a scented fabric softener and a scented dryer sheet. Upon request, we can substitute a "Free and Clear" alternative.
- Unless specified in writing, clothes bagged together are washed together in cold water and dried on medium heat. We are not responsible for color bleeding or shrinkage.
- Stains: We try our best but cannot guarantee total stain removal. Tough stains must be separated into a "special handling" (no extra cost) bag and declared upfront for pre-treatment.
- No Dry Cleaning: We do not accept dry cleaning. It is your responsibility to keep dry-clean items out; we do not check individual labels and are not liable for accidental damage.
- Hang-Dry Items: Air-dry items must be placed in a separate, declared handling bag (no extra cost). We are not responsible if they are left in regular bags and machine-dried.
- Biohazards & Soiled Loads: We reject laundry with bedbugs, lice, heavy mold, mildew, or heavy bodily fluids. We may accept lightly soiled items only if they are declared and discussed with us ahead of time, and the items have already been pre-rinsed by the customer. If unannounced or severe contaminants are found, the order will be safely sealed and returned to you unwashed, and a $50.00 CAD handling fee will be added to your bill.
4. ACCIDENTS, REPLACEMENTS & LEGAL
- Liability Cap: If an item is lost or damaged due to our direct error, our maximum liability is strictly capped at $50.00 CAD per total order, regardless of retail value.
- 24-Hour Reporting Window: Missing or damaged items must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, the order is finalized and claims are waived.
Governing Law: This agreement follows Saskatchewan law. Any formal legal disputes will be handled locally in the court systems of Regina, SK.
PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY
1. DATA COLLECTION & SECURITY
- What We Collect: Only details needed to fulfill orders: name, phone, email, delivery address, gate codes, and custom garment instructions.
- Billing Protection: Transactions are securely processed via third-party partners. We never store raw or sensitive financial account details on our servers.
- Security: Encrypted cloud storage safeguards your profile. Data is kept only as long as required for active service metrics and local tax regulations.
2. OUR STRICT GUARANTEE & RIGHTS
- No Sharing or Selling: We never sell, lease, rent, trade, or share your personal profile, phone number, or email with outside marketers or advertisers.

Your Rights: Under Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA), you have full rights to access, update, or permanently delete your customer records. Contact us anytime to update your profile.
